Identifying and resolving equipment defects We are seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join a company headquartered in Farroupilha/RS. This is a CLT position with a salary of R$ 6\.000 during the probationary period \+ 30% hazard pay \+ benefits, increasing to R$ 6\.300 after the probationary period \+ 30% hazard pay \+ benefits. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 07:30 to 11:45 and from 13:00 to 17:33\. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's machines and equipment, according to work orders and priority, to ensure uninterrupted company operations; * Assembling machines, equipment, and installations per work orders; interpreting machine assembly diagrams; selecting appropriate electromechanical components, tools, and instruments for safe work; documenting assembly steps; and testing functionality upon completion; * Performing maintenance on machines, equipment, and installations; participating in developing preventive maintenance plans; establishing safety conditions for task execution; * Interpreting maintenance instructions; selecting appropriate tools and instruments for maintenance tasks; identifying root causes of failures in machines, equipment, and installations; listing damaged parts; specifying replacement components; defining the correct repair procedure; replacing damaged components; testing equipment functionality after repairs; updating maintenance records; inspecting machines, equipment, and installations; * Performing other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. **Requirements:** * Technical education in electromechanics, mechanical maintenance, or electrician training; * Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. **Benefits:** * Unimed Health Plan (50% co-payment); * Fuel allowance; * Private pension plan; * Various partnership programs.
