Register sample data in the computerized system and route samples to specific laboratories. Resolve pending issues with the Commercial department. Contribute to departmental cleanliness and organization.** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive and inspect incoming samples; * Evaluate whether samples, documents, and information received are viable for registration, following the triage procedures outlined in the Quality Management System; * Weigh samples and measure the temperature of samples requiring special storage conditions; * Calibrate balances and verify freezer and refrigerator temperatures; * Register samples following the registration procedures outlined in the Quality Management System; * Resolve pending issues with the Commercial department and/or Client; * Deliver registered samples to laboratories and route those to be performed via Intercompany or subcontracting; * Contribute to departmental cleanliness and organization; * Perform other related duties as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Qualifications** ----------------- **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, discipline, proactivity, and dynamism. * **Required Education:** Completed technical education. * **Additional Education:** A bachelor’s degree in progress is a plus. * **Prior Experience (type and duration):** 1 to 3 years of experience. * **Technical Knowledge:** Basic Office software proficiency. Good typing speed. Knowledge in Chemistry, Biology, and Pharmacy-related fields is desirable. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Hours: 09:00 to 18:00\. Saturdays. Hours: 08:00 to 12:00\.
