In our Process Engineering department, your primary responsibility will be to analyze, map, and optimize industrial processes, contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement**.** If you are analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence and innovation, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process mapping: identify and document existing processes, using mapping tools to visualize workflows and identify improvement opportunities; * Report preparation: prepare detailed reports on process performance; * Comprehensive documentation: develop and maintain necessary process documentation, including manuals, flowcharts, and reports, ensuring all information is accessible and up-to-date; * Pilot testing: assist in planning and conducting pilot tests to validate new solutions and processes before large-scale implementation, ensuring they function as expected; * Process standardization: create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance in operations; * Best practices development: propose best practices that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality, with a focus on operational standardization; * Cross-departmental collaboration: work jointly with production, quality, logistics, and other teams to ensure process integration and alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets; * Preferred: prior experience in Process Engineering. **Additional Information** On-site work in Farroupilha/RS Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Our story has been built over more than 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaboration of hands that, at every step, imprint their love for everything they do!
