




Job Summary: The professional will assist in the pre-preparation and assembly of dishes, salads, and desserts, while ensuring food hygiene and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Wash and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under supervision of their direct supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply the norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
