Job Summary: Production operator responsible for operating machines, assembling, inspecting, and testing equipment, as well as monitoring and programming expander production, controlling materials, and performing adjustments. Inspection and adjustment of machines and equipment * Operate elastic production machine. * Cut, staple, package, assemble, and sort expanders * Inspect, activate, calibrate, and configure machines and equipment * Test machine and equipment functionality * Interpret operational technical standards * Interpret production reports * Request materials and supplies * Adjust dimensions * Change configurations * Identify defects * Lubricate and adjust machines and equipment * Perform minor repairs * Request maintenance and monitor machines and equipment * Staple, package, and assemble expanders * Control expander inflow and outflow * Program expander production * Monitor process development * Monitor and verify material quantities on the production line * Re-feed the production line * Computer literacy (Office suite) * Comply with internal regulations, company standards, and procedures * Work in accordance with quality, safety, and organization technical standards and procedures.
