Job Summary: Foreign Trade Analyst focused on identifying trends, expanding markets, and managing the entire export process—from prospecting to documentation and financial control. Key Highlights: 1. Identification of opportunities in new external markets. 2. End-to-end management of the export cycle. 3. Analysis and verification of shipping documents. **Job Description:** Analyze business trends to identify opportunities in new markets; conduct initial outreach to acquire new customers in external markets; send catalogs, price lists, technical specifications, and samples, and make telephone calls as needed; determine the most suitable transportation mode by obtaining quotations and contracting transportation services—maritime, road, and/or air; prepare and organize documents for each export process; issue sales orders to facilitate procurement of raw materials, thereby enabling production planning and timely delivery to customers; control commercial department documents to enhance traceability and ensure prompt response to customer needs; perform analysis and verification of shipping documents, such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and Certificate of Analysis (COA); analyze Letters of Credit, monitor and verify the arrival of documents involved in export processes—including freight, insurance, product testing reports, customs brokers, and/or others—and forward them to the finance department upon collection; generate charts and spreadsheets to track sales planning—forecasted vs. actual.
