





Description: * Bachelor's degree in Social Work; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Social Work (CRESS-MG); * Experience in the prison system or with the Single Registry (Cadastro Único) will be considered an advantage. * Plan social policies, developing plans, programs, and social projects specifically aimed at social assistance for individuals, families, groups, and communities. * Comply with internal regulations, health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards applicable to the department, as well as compliance requirements, observations, and adherence to company-related regulations. * Support the development of social programs and projects by organizing courses, lectures, and meetings. Conduct social research, carrying out socioeconomic studies, identifying the needs and interests of the assisted population, documenting user profiles, characteristics of the operational area, on-site information, and local entities and institutions. * Define multidisciplinary methodologies and techniques for individual, group, or collective interventions, and propose tools to facilitate service organization. * Clarify doubts of service users, providing guidance on rights and responsibilities, access to established rights, institutional routines, special care requirements, social services and resources, norms, codes, legislation, and related processes, procedures, and techniques. Guide and train service users on optimizing resource usage. * Carry out technical procedures, recording service interactions and reporting problem situations to relevant agencies. Monitor ongoing actions and track outcomes of program, project, and plan implementation. * Perform technical social assistance activities for individuals, families, groups, and communities, applying methods and processes oriented toward citizenship development and social inclusion, as well as other related duties. * Monitor the implementation of socioassistance programs administered by the Granting Authority in coordination with the Government and offered to citizens meeting defined profiles and eligibility criteria. * Provide socially relevant information, such as addresses of community resources—including shelters, child protection councils, police stations, hospitals, human milk banks/collection centers, among others. * Assist citizens with requests to unblock their Benefit Card to access benefits from the State Government’s public policy program for income transfer, as well as * Checking available benefit credits on their Benefit Card issued under the aforementioned program. Update the correspondence address in the Public Policy Program registry available in the operational region so that citizens receive timely and updated information regarding benefits to which they are entitled. * Arrange for updating the registration of family members, partners, and friends authorized to visit inmates at state prison facilities where they are held.
