The role involves developing interfaces in a WordPress environment using visual tools, with emphasis on performance, smooth navigation, and measurable outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align delivery objectives. Develop promotional pages and conversion flows for various digital initiatives. Build and adjust WordPress structures using visual builders such as Elementor Pro. Adapt layouts for different screen sizes, ensuring efficiency and consistent user experience. Conduct A/B testing, interpret metrics, and implement evidence-based adjustments. Integrate pages with CRM and marketing automation tools (including HubSpot). Contribute to internal meetings by proposing data-backed improvements. **Technical Requirements** Solid experience with WordPress and advanced use of visual builders (Elementor Pro). Ability to configure integrations with CRM systems, especially HubSpot. Basic knowledge of design and prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or similar). Experience with conversion optimization and testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with no-code solutions for page building and optimization. **Behavioral Profile** Autonomy to identify needs and act without constant direction.
