WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We seek young individuals eager to begin their professional careers in a structured, welcoming, and development-oriented environment. People interested in learning, collaborating, and building a solid foundation for the future — regardless of their chosen field. Young Apprentice opportunities are available in the following areas: * Marketing * Sales * Governance * Kitchen * Talent \& Culture (Human Resources) Throughout the program, apprentices will gain exposure to daily operations within their assigned department, receive team supervision, practical guidance, and access to learning resources that support both technical and behavioral development. KEY REQUIREMENTS * Be between 18 and 22 years old * Currently enrolled in or have completed Elementary School and/or High School * Possess a Work Record Book (CTPS) and CPF * Have never previously worked as a Young Apprentice * Availability to work Monday through Friday, with multiple shift options * Availability to attend the apprenticeship course on Saturdays, from 08:00 to 14:00 GENERAL INFORMATION AND BENEFITS * Program conducted in partnership with the NURAP institution * Salary: R$ 1\.069,48 * Transportation allowance * Life insurance **Additional benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * On-site cafeteria and meals OUR COMMITMENT At Rosewood São Paulo, we foster an inclusive, respectful environment aligned with the principles of genuine hospitality.
