Support to customers and internal departments A security and cash-in-transit company seeks a Billing Assistant in São Paulo (Casa Verde). **Responsibilities:** Issue tax documents, including NF-e, CT-e, CT-e OS, receipts, and bank slips, in accordance with established contracts. Generate indicators for GTV changes, identify errors, and address root causes jointly with branches. Monitor system approvals, dispatch letters of credit, and submit electronic billing files to customers. Control deadlines for invoice submission and delivery, ensuring administrative process quality within the department. Support revenue variance analysis across periods, issue letters of credit after validation, and provide customer and internal department support. Verify GTV-e issuances and perform validations with SEFAZ, flagging risks and process deviations to leadership. Previous experience as Billing Assistant, Financial Assistant, Billing Analyst, or Collections Assistant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
