Job Summary: We are seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant with strong technical expertise and hands-on execution capabilities to work on strategic data protection projects within a complex environment. High-complexity and mature environment Description: * Deploy, configure, and optimize DLP solutions (Trellix, Purview, Netskope) and integrate them with CASB and proxies. * Hands-on execution of end-to-end projects, including planning, migration, and integration. * Investigate data leakage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions. * Adjust DLP policies according to business requirements and compliance standards. * Lead data classification initiatives and apply controls such as encryption and tokenization. * Ensure compliance with LGPD, GDPR, ISO 27001, and frameworks such as NIST. * Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business units in complex environments, serving as the technical reference. Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience in deploying and configuring security solutions (DLP, CASB). * Solid foundation in technology: networks, protocols, operating systems. * Experience in complex environments and critical projects. * Knowledge of data classification, encryption, and tokenization. * Familiarity with regulatory standards (LGPD, GDPR) and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST). Preferred Qualifications: * Certifications: Security+ (SY0-701), Microsoft SC-400. * Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises systems. Expected Profile: * Hands-on, resilient, and technically authoritative. * Critical and analytical thinking for complex scenarios. * Clear communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Negotiation and influence capabilities. * Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
