




#### **About the vacancy:** * Responsible for performing maintenance on heavy machinery, assembling and replacing parts, lubricating and adjusting the engine and associated components, as well as carrying out routines requiring advanced technical knowledge. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Act as the technical reference for the team, providing guidance and clarifying mechanics’ doubts. * Perform maintenance on equipment air conditioning systems. * Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical diagrams of machines. * Carry out inspections and repairs on transmissions, engines, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic controls, axles, differentials, electrical systems, and hydraulic cylinders as required. * Conduct advanced diagnostics, interpreting failures in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Perform programming of machine electronic modules and components. * Carry out scheduled maintenance (filter and oil changes) to ensure proper machine operation. * Remove and install components in transmissions, engines, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic controls, axles, electrical systems, attachments, and hydraulic cylinders as required. * Assemble and disassemble engines and transmissions to resolve defects in these components. * Analyze part replacement and reuse, as well as components to be used in repairs. * Test machines to verify the results of performed services. * Conduct technical handover of machines and equipment to customers, following internal procedures. * Perform incoming inspection, receipt, and release of new equipment, and record information in the system. * Carry out activities according to mechanics’ instructions and operational procedures. * Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations, performing activities in accordance with company policies, and participating in Daily Safety Dialogues and training related to work-related hazards and risk conditions, use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Guide new employees regarding area-specific activities, accompanying them and facilitating their adaptation process. * Ensure the preservation of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Keep the yard, workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized, aiming to maintain good usage conditions and preserve occupational health and environmental aspects. Perform other related activities as directed by the immediate supervisor. * #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Maintenance experience with heavy machinery and equipment; * Availability for travel. #### **Desirable requirements (differentiating factors):** * Undergraduate studies in Engineering underway. #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 18:00.
