Job Summary: Carry out activities related to the preparation and distribution of lactose-based formulas and enteral diets for patients, ensuring safety throughout these processes. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and distribute lactose-based formulas and enteral diets. 2. Perform cleaning of utensils and equipment. 3. Work in an environment that values inclusion and diversity. Carry out activities related to the preparation and distribution of lactose-based formulas and packaging of enteral diets intended for inpatients (adults or children), in accordance with medical and dietary prescriptions and using appropriate techniques to ensure safety across all processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and distribute various lactose-based formulas according to specific calculations for each formula type; * Autoclave or reheat different formulas based on their unique characteristics. Cool down and store formulas under refrigeration (0–4°C); * Package and distribute enteral diets and water intended for patients undergoing Enteral Nutritional Therapy; * Clean bottles, nipples, washers, plastic containers, utensils, equipment, and the work environment; * Perform other duties pertinent to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; **Additional Information** 6x1 schedule: either 07:00–15:20 or 13:00–21:20\.
