If you are a Person with Disability (PWD) who meets the requirements and is interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become a protagonist in a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** This role serves a strategic client of the Company, with the following responsibilities: * Serve as the single point of contact to ensure high-quality customer service delivery for the assigned account; assess service quality and initiate any necessary communication and/or timely corrective actions. * Manage a team of approximately 180 employees distributed across six countries in South America. * Ensure consistency across the entire Owner’s account. * Initiate, coordinate, and assume responsibility for benchmarking and identifying cost-reduction practices across the entire account. * Advise on and implement industry-leading security best practices; collaborate with management to standardize processes and ensure consistent practices and service delivery for the account. * Maintain regular compliance with national legislation and act as the Owner’s liaison for intelligence and incident management. * Hold regular meetings with client representatives for status updates; address any actual or potential issues; provide support during client onboarding; ensure regional compliance with the Owner’s Contract. * Deliver a semi-annual review of guard personnel efficiency and demand management, proposing cost-saving opportunities alongside corresponding risk exposure assessments. * Provide input for corporate initiatives; promptly assist in resolving legal, financial, human resources, and administrative matters. * Track and submit quarterly metrics to the client for business review. Specific metrics must be documented, consolidated per country site, and presented in trend format. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION** * Bachelor’s degree completed; postgraduate studies preferred. * Experience in corporate security management, people management, leadership, and application of methodologies and processes. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Fluency in English (ongoing interaction with the client) and Spanish (ongoing interaction with the team). * Willingness to travel. * Residence in São Paulo or easy access to the client’s onsite facility for in-person work. **WORK LOCATION:** SÃO PAULO/SP.
