Our environment is collaborative, dynamic, and results-oriented. **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Challenge and Responsibilities** We are seeking a professional to serve as a **Payroll Supervisor** under a CLT employment contract, with full responsibility for payroll routines, team leadership, and ensuring legal compliance. This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical vision, organizational skills, and a consultative attitude to act as the focal point between internal departments and clients. The challenge lies in ensuring accurate payroll processing across multiple companies, guaranteeing calculation accuracy, adherence to legal deadlines, delivery quality, continuous process improvement, process automation, and team development. #### **Key Activities** * Perform end-to-end payroll processing (monthly payroll, advances, terminations, and statutory contributions); * Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and ancillary obligations; * Manage and validate statutory contribution calculations (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.); * Monitor and ensure timely submission of obligations such as eSocial, DCTFWeb, DIRF, and RAIS; * Conduct payroll reconciliations, audits, and quality controls; * Resolve inconsistencies and support inspections and audits; * Lead and develop the team of analysts and assistants; * Design and improve processes to enhance efficiency and automation; * Liaise with labor unions; * Serve as the primary contact for clients or internal departments, ensuring SLA compliance and delivery quality; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Minimum 2–3 years of experience with Protheus 12; * Solid knowledge of up-to-date labor legislation; * Strong technical expertise in payroll routines; * Experience managing payroll for multiple companies; * Familiarity with technological tools and AI applications; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience preparing managerial reports; * Resilient profile, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines; **Additional Information** #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in process improvement and optimization projects; * Experience in high-volume, multi-operation environments; We are a People & Management consulting and BPO firm serving Small and Medium Enterprises. **In addition to career opportunities at MakeBetter, we partner with numerous clients for Recruitment and Selection.
