Requirements: • High School Diploma - Completed • Basic Office Suite Skills • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in veterinary clinics or customer service roles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively • Proactivity, empathy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization and efficiency • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and often high-pressure environment, maintaining service quality • Skill in positively interacting with veterinarians and patients, contributing to a collaborative and welcoming environment • Genuine sensitivity and interest in the well-being of our four-legged patients.
