Production Manager

Job Summary: Manage the entire production process of products, from inventory control and planning to quality assurance and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the production process 2. Team leadership and development 3. Optimization of KPIs and processes * Manage the product production process across all stages, including inventory control, storage, pre-preparation and preparation planning, and packaging. * Ensure all products are manufactured on time and to quality standards; * Manage the team by delegating tasks and monitoring results; * Handle team management aspects such as alignment, training, conflict resolution, etc.; * Monitor KPIs to improve metrics, quality, productivity, etc.; • Support company directors in mapping and improving processes; * Implement intelligent inventory management to reduce food waste and place purchase orders; * Efficiently manage data obtained from KPIs to ensure improved company performance; * And other duties relevant to the position.
