Responsibilities and Duties Defining architectural standards and best practices across multiple teams, ensuring technical consistency across different products and services; Contributing to the company’s long-term technical vision. Evaluating emerging technologies and proposing scalable solutions. Participating in strategic decisions alongside managers and directors; Tackling critical issues requiring deep technical expertise; Leading initiatives to improve performance, security, and reliability. Supporting teams on technical challenges that extend beyond a single project’s scope; Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Influencing engineering practices across the organization; Serving as a bridge between technical and business areas, ensuring clarity in decision-making. Documenting and communicating architectural standards and guidelines.
