You must understand agile methodologies and possess strong alignment capabilities with partner areas, as well as market and competitor analysis skills. **Essential Requirements:** **Flow Design:** Creates clear and structured flows using appropriate vocabulary, covering usage scenarios, exceptions, and simplified steps for users. **Information Architecture:** Represents hierarchies and fluid narratives within interfaces, ensuring clarity in task execution and alignment with business objectives. **Figma:** Correctly applies Design System components, organizes files and variants, maintains version history, and documents use cases. **Prototyping:** Creates functional and interactive prototypes simulating real behaviors (e.g., error messages and loading states) to support presentations and validations. **Attention to Detail:** Ensures correct spelling, alignment, visual and narrative consistency.
