PRODUCT ANALYST (MID-LEVEL)

Job Summary: iMonitore is seeking a Product Analyst to help build a LGPD governance platform, translating regulatory requirements into clear and developable user stories. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement from the very beginning of the platform's development. **Description** iMonitore is building a platform that will serve as a link between data subjects and public administration in LGPD governance, aiming to guarantee data subjects' rights and oversee large-scale data usage. You will join the team from the outset of product development, working alongside the **Senior Product Manager**, transforming regulatory and technical requirements into clear and developable user stories. **Role Mission** Act as the responsible party for writing User Stories and detailing business rules, ensuring the backlog remains clear, organized, and ready for development—with ongoing support and guidance from the Senior PM. **What We Offer** Opportunity to work on a national, strategic, and high-impact project. Involvement from the very beginning of the platform's development. **Responsibilities and Duties** Write User Stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules clearly. Detail functional requirements based on documentation. Participate in backlog refinement sessions, daily stand-ups, and planning meetings—representing requirement clarity. Help map business flows and exception scenarios. Translate the PM’s and technical teams’ needs into complete user stories. Document and maintain up-to-date functional backlogs and business rules. Monitor development progress and clarify questions regarding written stories. Collaborate with UX/UI to specify user journeys and expected behaviors. Assist with alignment between regulatory rules and technical implementation—always under the Senior PM’s supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1.5 to 3 years of experience as a **Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role**. Practical experience writing User Stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules. Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum. Basic to intermediate knowledge of REST APIs (sufficient to document behaviors and parameters). Ability to read technical documentation. Familiarity with the LGPD (or willingness to learn). Strong written communication skills and organizational ability. Comfort working with technical teams (developers/QA/UX).
