Due to the complexity of this project, we are seeking a **Construction Foreman with proven experience executing exposed concrete and post-tensioned concrete structures**, capable of managing activities with a high degree of precision and adherence to rigorous architectural specifications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee execution of technically complex construction projects, particularly exposed concrete structures. * Work on institutional projects (e.g., SESC units or similar), ensuring compliance with architectural requirements. * Monitor concrete pouring joints, formwork panel layout, shoring and reshoring lines, while ensuring uniform surface finish and appropriate structural protection during curing. * Plan and execute concrete pouring stages using continuous panels, including specialized formwork, suitable form-release agents, and precise concrete mix control. * Collaborate with designers, inspection teams, and suppliers. * Manage multidisciplinary teams, monitor productivity, and ensure accurate reading and interpretation of structural and architectural drawings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in projects involving exposed concrete and/or post-tensioned concrete. * History of involvement in high-technical-demand institutional projects. * Solid knowledge of construction processes, shoring, and concrete finishing. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary. * Meal voucher. * Transportation voucher (optional). * Group life insurance.
