We seek an attentive, responsible professional with good demeanor for public interaction and controlling entry and exit of people and vehicles. **Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, service providers, and vehicles. * Record entries and exits. * Monitor cameras and security systems (CCTV). * Ensure safety and order on-site. * Comply with and enforce internal regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role (preferred). * Basic computer skills and familiarity with access control systems. * Good communication skills, professional demeanor, and attentiveness. * Availability for shift work. **Work Schedule and Hours:** 12x36\. **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2\.031,57 * 12X36 SHIFT (NIGHT SHIFT) * Meal Voucher (VR): R$ 26.03 per day * Food Allowance (VA): R$ 205.91 * Transportation Voucher (VT) * Shift Allowance (PTS): R$ 110.00 * Profit Sharing (PLR): R$ 326.04 * Night Shift Premium Job Type: Permanent CLT Work Location: On-site Job Type: Permanent CLT Payment: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.580,08 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Profit sharing * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
