Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety professional to work in a collaborative environment focused on prevention and promotion of health and safety, developing policies and educational initiatives. We’d be delighted to welcome you to our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and review Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, actively participating in their implementation and advising on compliance; * Conduct and monitor OHS-related audits, assessing company departments; * Identify and assess control variables related to illnesses, accidents, quality of life, and the environment, developing action plans with solutions for each identified need; * Advise other team members on matters pertaining to Occupational Medicine and Safety, providing support and requesting specialized assistance when necessary; * Develop educational initiatives in Occupational Health and Safety, including guidance on proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Monitor and ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding employee safety during job performance; * Develop, maintain, and monitor all company OHS documentation as required by law, including: PCMSO (Occupational Medical Control Program), PGR (Risk Management Program), LTCAT (Technical Report on Working Environment Conditions), PPP (Previdenciary Occupational Profile), and ASO (Occupational Health Certificate — admission, periodic, return-to-work, and termination medical exams); * Organize and monitor CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) and SIPAT (Internal Occupational Health and Safety Week) activities; * Participate in Occupational Safety-related meetings, providing data, presenting suggestions, and analyzing the feasibility of proposed measures to improve existing systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education; * Preferred: Undergraduate studies in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** * Flexible Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site Restaurant; * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Corporate Union (Participation in union-organized activities and events, plus a relaxation area with games and TV room); * Study Grants and partnerships with universities and language schools; * Payroll-deductible Loan; * TotalPass (Access to top gyms and studios nationwide); * Life Insurance; * Vaccination Campaigns; * Good Vision Campaign (Take care of your eye health through this special campaign); * Baby Welcome Program (Benefit for families expecting a new baby); * SESC benefits; * Massage therapy, nutritionist, and psychologist consultations; * Profit Sharing (PLR) (Share in the company’s success through profit and results participation); * Supera Bonus (Recognition for exceeding revenue targets).
