Avaré, 127 \- Matriz, Mauá \- SP * Work Mode: On-site * Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break – cafeteria on site) * Salary: BRL 1,800.00 \+ Transportation Allowance * Benefits: BRL 500 after the probationary period **About the Opportunity** A law firm is seeking a communicative, persuasive, and results-oriented Sales Representative to directly handle customer service and conversion. We seek a professional with strong verbal fluency and negotiation skills. **Important Differentiator** Being a licensed attorney or holding a Bachelor's degree in Law will be considered a differentiator, especially due to familiarity with legal terminology and greater confidence in handling client interactions. **Main Responsibilities** * Handling leads and customers (phone, WhatsApp) * Consultative presentation of the firm’s services * Conducting negotiations and closing contracts * Following up on contacts and opportunities * Updating information in the system/CRM * Achieving commercial goals **Requirements** * Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles * Excellent verbal communication and persuasive ability * Clear diction and professional demeanor * Organizational and goal-oriented discipline * Proactive and dynamic profile Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Transportation Allowance
