Sao Paulo, Brazil \| Part time \| Hybrid \| R1543238 **Overview** The apprentice will support the administrative routines of projects within the Clinical Research (Regulatory) department, primarily assisting with organizing technical documents, updating data in systems, and supporting communications with research centers to validate status. **Key Responsibilities**: * Organizing documents and spreadsheets; * Assisting in preparing ethical and regulatory submissions (CEP, CONEP, ANVISA) at study initiation and maintenance phases; * Supporting research center activation and study maintenance activities, including contract negotiations, contract amendments, budgets with research centers, and importation; * Tracking activities and entering data into internal systems; * Supporting communications with internal teams and research centers. **Requirements**: * Currently enrolled in or completed high school; or currently enrolled in a technical/vocational program (meeting eligibility criteria for the apprenticeship program); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Intermediate English (to interact with certain materials and conduct internal communications); * Availability to work in a hybrid model at our office in São Paulo/SP. ***IQVIA is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
