Qualification **Skills and Experience:** **Required:** * Solid software development experience (minimum 6 years), including technical leadership roles. * Hands-on experience with **.NET Core (C\#)** and **Python (FastAPI)**. * Knowledge of **microservices and distributed systems architecture**. * Experience with asynchronous messaging ( **Azure Event Hub, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar**). * Proficiency in automated testing (unit, integration, and smoke tests). * Experience with **PostgreSQL** and relational data modeling. * Familiarity with **React and Next.js** for frontend code reviews. Intermediate English for technical reading and communication. * **Preferred:** * Experience with **Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions**, or similar CI/CD tools. * Knowledge of containers ( **Docker** ) and orchestration ( **Kubernetes** ). * Experience with **observability, structured logging, and monitoring**. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Microsoft certifications (Azure Developer, DevOps Engineer, or related).
