Connect creative concepts with actual sales performance We seek a Senior Planner to lead the strategic and creative planning of our incentive programs for clients such as Coca\-Cola FEMSA, PepsiCo, and Vigor. Incentivar is a technology company specializing in incentives and commercial performance. We develop proprietary solutions that combine data, analytical intelligence, and engagement mechanics to drive real retail sales growth. The Planner role sits at the intersection of three key areas: Strategy: Understand the client’s business challenge, map market context, channels, goals, and sales force behavior. Creativity: Transform this challenge into a concept, narrative, and mechanics that genuinely mobilize people—not just campaign structure. Presentation development and delivery: Organize thinking clearly, support arguments with data, and confidently lead internal and external presentations. We seek someone who structures thinking, proposes pathways, challenges the team, and transforms commercial goals into consistent, creative, and motivating proposals. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead creative and strategic planning for our incentive clients * Develop creative campaign concepts (big idea, territories, naming, narrative) * Participate in pitches * Create presentations for the commercial team * Facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategically guide the creative team * Draft creative briefs * Connect creative concepts with actual sales performance **Requirements and Qualifications** * Background in creative planning (agencies, live marketing, incentives, or branding) * Experience building concepts and storytelling * Experience in pitches and strategic presentations * Ability to creatively support ideas with data * Proficiency in well-structured visual presentations (Keynote / PowerPoint) * Data interpretation and translation into creative insights * Understanding of commercial metrics and incentive logic **Additional Information** To support your day-to-day: Benefit (iFood Benefits Card): R$ 1\.120,00 per month Access to physical and mental health programs through partners, including gym networks and telehealth; To grow your career: * Performance reviews; * Structured career path; * Frequent training sessions; Incentivar is an incentive and rewards software platform built to help companies achieve more goals by leveraging their data strategically and intelligently.
