Job Summary: We are seeking a communications professional to monitor social media, interact with followers, identify content opportunities, analyze competitors, and prepare reports for the #Digital team. Responsibilities: - Monitor and track brand social media accounts; - Interact with followers to strengthen audience relationships; - Identify opportunities for relevant and strategic content; - Observe and analyze competitors’ activities and market trends; - Analyze reports. Requirements: - Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields; - Proficiency in social media publishing management and monitoring tools; - Heavy social media user with knowledge of major platforms and trends; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Desirable: Familiarity with monitoring platforms (e.g., Buzzmonitor or Stilingue) and/or data analytics tools is a plus.
