We are seeking a **Legal Coordinator \- CLT** to strategically manage the company's legal and compliance activities. **This professional will be responsible for ensuring legal security and regulatory compliance of operations, acting both consultatively and litigiously, with a focus on risk mitigation, contract management, and support to internal departments and senior leadership.** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the internal legal team, supervising deliverables and promoting the technical and behavioral development of the team. * Manage external law firms, defining legal strategies and ensuring the protection of the company's interests. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and business partners, ensuring legal security and clarity in clauses. * Provide legal consultancy to internal departments, offering support on labor, tax, social security, and operational issues. * Monitor and define strategies in judicial and administrative proceedings, assessing possibilities for settlements, mediations, and arbitrations. * Implement compliance, ethics, and conduct policies, conducting internal audits and ensuring the company's legal compliance. * Prepare managerial reports and risk analyses to support strategic decisions by the Executive Board. * Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, adapting internal policies and practices when necessary. * Supervise document compliance, certificates, and surety insurance policies, managing deadlines and renewals. * Develop and monitor legal department metrics, analyzing data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. ### **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Law. * Active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association). * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Corporate Law, Compliance, Contracts, or related fields. * Previous experience in legal coordination roles, with consultative and litigious practice. ### **Desirable knowledge of:** * Datamace System * Parweb System * E2Doc System (ESTEC) * Websites for issuing certificates * Office Suite (intermediate level) ### **Grow with us!!!** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Preferred Education: Law, Higher Education
