FCamara is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to work for one of the largest companies in Latin America, a leader in the services market. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective** Develop and evolve robust, scalable technological solutions aligned with the organization’s business strategies. The professional will be responsible for system development and maintenance, API and workflow integrations with the Digibee platform, and analysis and implementation of technical improvements that drive innovation and process efficiency. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into clear technical specifications. * Design and implement solutions primarily using Python, Node.js, and Java, emphasizing best practices and performance. * Develop and maintain complex integrations via the Digibee Integration Platform, ensuring interoperability between internal and external systems. * Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, ensuring traceability and understanding of delivered products. * Model data and information flows to support efficient, easily maintainable applications. * Manage code versioning with Git and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies. * Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and automated tests, contributing to continuous delivery quality. * Support production incident resolution and contribute to continuous improvement of legacy systems. **Academic Qualifications** Required: Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Software Architecture, Data Engineering, or related areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desirable Additional Courses** * Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban) * System Integration * Web Application Security * RESTful APIs and GraphQL * Relational and NoSQL databases * Experience with the Digibee platform (Preferred) **Required Experience** Minimum of 5 years in software development, working on medium- or high-complexity projects. Proven experience with Python, Node.js, or Java. Active participation in agile squads focused on continuous delivery. **Main Challenges** * Driving technological evolution of current systems and architectures. * Proactively solving critical technical issues. * Ensuring high-performance, scalable, and secure deliveries.
