Job Summary: RS SERVIÇOS is seeking a committed and proactive Condominium Concierge to ensure the organization, cleanliness, and preservation of common areas. Key Highlights: 1. If you are organized, enjoy maintaining environments, and have strong interpersonal skills, this opportunity may be right for you. ### **About the Position:** The professional will be responsible for overseeing the condominium’s daily operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, preservation of common areas, and providing support to residents, the building manager, and the property management company. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor cleaning, concierge, and maintenance services; * Perform minor repairs and request maintenance services when necessary; * Inspect common areas, equipment, and condominium installations; * Support the building manager, property management company, and residents with daily operational needs; * Control access of service providers and deliveries; * Ensure the condominium’s organization and smooth operation; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and safety standards. ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a concierge, building supervisor, or in similar roles; * Basic knowledge of building maintenance (plumbing, electrical systems, and minor repairs); * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity; * Easy access to the job location is an advantage. **We value diversity!** **RS SERVIÇOS** encourages applications from **People with Disabilities (PCDs), Young Apprentices, foreigners, individuals aged 50+, LGBTQIAPN+, Black, Brown, and Indigenous people**.
