Additionally, it maintains a robust distribution network with over 1\.300 points across Brazil and worldwide. **If you want to work in a collaborative, innovative environment full of challenges and opportunities, your next step could be here with us.** **Join Tupy!** Your journey will unfold at the heart of innovation—see our addresses below: **Avenida Nações Unidas, São Paulo.** **Distrito Industrial Paulo Camilo Norte, Betim \- MG.** **Rua Albano Schmidt \- Boa Vista \- Joinville.** **Responsibilities and Duties** This opportunity represents a **strategic role**, where the main challenge will be to directly contribute to the **development of innovative and sustainable solutions**, aligned with MWM’s and Tupy’s objectives. **We seek someone ready to act with** **proactivity**, collaborating across departments and addressing technical and operational challenges with a **forward-looking vision.** * Study and plan activities related to the product within the scope of possible responsibilities assigned to the area, including research and testing related to engine performance, durability, and pollutant emissions. * Prepare technical documentation based on test results obtained with the product. * Inspect, examine, evaluate, arbitrate technical reports and opinions regarding engines undergoing dynamometer or field testing, as applicable to the company’s area—including performance, durability, and development of new components. * Perform specialized activities aimed at improving the product during dynamometer testing (prototype and production phases) and field testing (prototype and production phases). * Standardize, measure, and control product quality. * Lead technical meetings with customers (internal and external). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed degree in Engineering. * Active CREA registration. * Practical experience with internal combustion engines. * Practical experience in developing internal combustion engine components. * Experience conducting performance, cooling, and failure analysis tests during vehicle operation/road testing, etc. * Advanced English proficiency. * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **We offer benefits to support your well-being and future:** **Health and Well-being** Medical and Dental Assistance Eyeglasses / Contact Lens Reimbursement PAE – Employee Support Program: Free legal, financial, psychological, and social counseling.
