Maintaining relationships with partner professionals Position: Sales Consultant Location: Shopping D\&D, Cidade Monções, São Paulo/SP Industry: Premium Tile and Surface Materials Store Employment Type: Full-time – CLT Work Model: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 12:09 PM to 9:00 PM (1-hour break); Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM (1-hour break); Sunday, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (15-minute break). ***Two Saturdays and one Sunday per month.*** About the Position We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our premium tile and surface materials store, with a focus on serving architects and demanding customers. Main Responsibilities * Consultative in-store and off-site service to customers and architects; * Detailed presentation of tile, surface material, and finishing products and solutions; * Support for architecture professionals in selecting materials and technical solutions; * Maintaining relationships with architecture firms and partner professionals; * Assistance in reading architectural drawings and technical specifications, when required; * Active participation in store events and commercial initiatives. Requirements * Prior sales experience in tile/surface materials or premium stores catering to architects; * Professional appearance and adherence to dress code (black, nude, or white tones); * Friendliness, discipline, willingness, organization, and excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Availability for visits to architecture offices. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) * Ability to read architectural drawings; * Education in related fields (Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering); * Knowledge of tiles, surface materials, and hardware; * Prior relationships with architects in São Paulo city. Education * Incomplete undergraduate degree accepted.
