Job Summary: Coordinate the restaurant's daily operations, lead and develop the team, actively support operational activities, manage financial controls, and ensure excellence in customer service. Set an example of attitude and excellence in customer service * Coordinate restaurant operations during the assigned shift; * Lead, engage, and develop the store team; * Actively support operational activities, rolling up your sleeves alongside the team; * Perform financial control: cash closing, report analysis, and bank reconciliation; * Ensure daily operations: store opening and/or closing, sales monitoring, goal management, and team meetings; * Set an example of attitude, excellence in customer service, and commitment to results.
