So, are you joining us? **\#JoinBeFly** **Responsibilities and duties** **Check out the main activities for this position:** * Monitor feedback across ombudsman channels (e.g., Reclame Aqui and emails), contributing to agile and effective resolution; * Monitor customer service interactions, evaluating them against quality standards and process compliance; * Identify improvement opportunities and support teams with constructive feedback; * Analyze complaints and feedback to help identify patterns and potential root causes of issues; * Manage customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT and NPS), including distribution, analysis of feedback, and reporting results back to business units; * Contribute to preparing reports and insights to continuously improve customer experience. **Requirements and qualifications** **Liked it?
