CarpoLog is seeking a **DHO Assistant** to join the **People and Culture** team, contributing to employee development, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting the Human Resources department’s strategic initiatives. This professional will work directly on **Human and Organizational Development** processes, supporting initiatives related to training and development, organizational climate, internal communication, new employee onboarding, engagement activities, performance evaluation, and other projects focused on the employee experience. We are looking for an organized, communicative, proactive individual with a strong interest in working closely with people to help build a more collaborative, human-centered workplace aligned with the company’s values. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the organization and delivery of trainings, workshops, discussion circles, internal campaigns, and development initiatives led by the People and Culture team. * Assist in new employee onboarding processes, contributing to a welcoming, clear, and culture-aligned experience. * Support the implementation, tracking, and monitoring of internal surveys—such as organizational climate, engagement, experience evaluation—and other tools used by the department. * Contribute to the creation of materials, internal communications, presentations, forms, control spreadsheets, and reports related to DHO initiatives. * Monitor departmental metrics, including training participation rates, internal initiative adoption, reaction evaluations, climate and engagement scores, and other data tied to employee development. * Support internal communication efforts, reinforcing the promotion of campaigns, events, trainings, and institutional initiatives. * Assist the department in performance evaluations, individual development plans, talent mapping, and other people management practices. * Perform administrative controls for the department, ensuring information, documents, attendance lists, certificates, evidence, and records are properly organized and up to date. * Collaborate with other HR subsystems and leadership to support the execution of projects and initiatives that foster employee development and strengthen organizational culture. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Pedagogy, People Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources is desirable, especially in areas such as training and development, internal communication, organizational climate, employee onboarding, or engagement initiatives. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple, diverse tasks. * A collaborative attitude, proactivity, and genuine interest in people development. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Recruitment and Selection **Expected Profile** We seek someone who enjoys working with people, practices active listening, demonstrates sensitivity when interacting with diverse audiences, and can translate ideas into practical actions.
