**Job Description** Responsible for managing carbon projects and environmental attributes, with a focus on trading carbon credits. In charge of planning, monitoring, and executing activities across the carbon lifecycle, including technical analyses, contract management, generation forecasting, customer and supplier support, and strategic decision-making for the company. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Coordinate sales contracts for biogas and carbon credits, ensuring compliance with agreed terms; * Conduct analyses and validations of biogas delivery measurements and carbon credit generation; * Support consultants in structuring, registering, validating, and auditing carbon projects; * Draft, review, and manage purchase and sale contracts for carbon credits and environmental attributes; * Monitor biogas plant operations to ensure measurement accuracy and data compliance; * Validate monthly calculations of carbon credit generation and volume per operational unit; * Serve as the internal and external focal point for carbon-related topics; * Prepare executive materials, memoranda, and presentations for senior management; * Cross-check measurement data between partners and internal systems to ensure information consistency; * Lead prospecting and contracting of carbon value chain suppliers and partners; * Conduct market studies and monitor global carbon credit trends and emerging methodologies; * Support partnerships with universities and research institutions; * Structure and support new carbon projects, including timelines, feasibility assessments, and applicable incentives. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Sanitation), Environmental Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration; * Experience with carbon credits, environmental projects, or trading of environmental attributes; * Knowledge of contract analysis, technical-operational feasibility, and project management; * Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking); * Spanish is desirable; * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. **Desired Competencies:** * Organization, planning, and attention to detail; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Results-oriented mindset and teamwork; * Analytical ability and business acumen. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) – hybrid model 4x1: 4 days onsite, 1 remote. **Benefits** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 990/month (BRL 1 discount); * Transportation Voucher (VT) based on commute (5% of salary) or fuel voucher option; * Amil 200 Health Plan (100% covered by company for primary insured); * Amil Dental Plan available upon enrollment; * Icatu Life Insurance (24 months’ salary + funeral assistance of BRL 7,000); * Telemedicine (Dr. Orizon) at no cost; * Apoio Pass: legal, psychological, and nutritional support; * Birthday day off; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Corporate university; * 180-day maternity leave / 20-day paternity leave; * Pharmacy partnership with payroll discounts. **Interested Candidates** * Send resume with subject line: SENIOR CARBON AND ENVIRONMENTAL ATTRIBUTES ANALYST; * **WhatsApp: +55 11 99844-1339.** Compensation: BRL 11,554.00 – BRL 11,555.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Remote work * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Onsite
