Samaritá, 1117 \- Barra Funda, São Paulo * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM * Employment Type: Individual Entrepreneur (PJ) * Company: Tax Advisory and Management Services **Compensation** * Fixed salary of R$ 2\.500,00 \+ 10% commission on all sales closed as a result of meetings scheduled/attended by the SDR (when closing occurs after the meeting scheduled/attended by him/her). * Transportation voucher (VT) and meal voucher (VR): VR of R$ 45.00 per day \+ VT to be agreed upon. * Additional bonuses for achieving targets. **Role Objective** Serve on the frontline of sales, focusing on active prospecting and qualification to ensure both volume and quality of opportunities. Your role is to drive traction: connect with decision-makers, identify pain points, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team — with rhythm, consistency, and a results-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities** * High-volume active prospecting (phone, WhatsApp, email, social media) * Conduct daily calls and lead concise, objective conversations with mastery of scripts and intelligent improvisation * Identify scenario, pain point, urgency, profile, and potential (qualification) * Schedule truly qualified meetings (with decision-makers and clear context) * Follow up with discipline and cadence (no “ghosting” leads) * Update CRM/spreadsheets meticulously and consistently (clean pipeline) * Work with targets and track metrics: attempts, contacts, conversion rate, and meetings scheduled * Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach approach, messaging, and opportunity quality **Desired Profile (G4 / V4 style)** * Core commercial profile, competitive, and performance-driven * Comfortable with phone-based work: strong calling routine, handling objections, and intelligent persistence * Clear, confident, and persuasive communication — no beating around the bush * Owner’s mindset: accountability for targets and metrics, zero victim mentality * Discipline and rhythm: daily consistency, intensity, and precise execution * Resilience to hear “no” and keep going energetically * Organizational skills to maintain cadence and never miss follow-ups * Genuine desire to grow and advance in sales (career path: Junior SDR → Senior SDR → Closer) **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as an SDR / Inside Sales / Consultative Telemarketing professional * Familiarity with CRM systems, outreach cadences, and target-driven routines * Strong situational awareness and curiosity to learn quickly * Self-accountability * Self-directed learning ability * Responsibility regarding working hours Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
