Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, managing alarm systems, and recording incidents to ensure electronic security. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting electronic access control and safeguarding confidentiality a2 Segurança & Vigilância is seeking a Monitoring Assistant to work in the West Zone or South Zone of São Paulo. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor CCTV cameras in real time, identifying suspicious or out-of-standard situations. * Operate alarm systems, sensors, and other electronic security devices. * Record incidents, events, and irregularities in designated systems or logs. * Immediately notify supervisors, security guards, or responsible personnel in case of incidents. * Support access control, as needed, through electronic systems. * Safeguard the confidentiality of monitored information and images. * Comply with client safety standards, procedures, and internal policies. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong observational ability. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Prior experience in this role.
