We also operate—under license from the Shell brand—in fuel, lubricants, and other specialty products distribution across Brazil, as well as refining operations in Argentina and fuel derivatives and lubricants distribution in Argentina and Paraguay. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** Attend the training program offered by the designated institution; Receive guidance from the work team to learn and support activities within your assigned area, such as: * Digitizing documents and sending them to responsible parties; * Managing and organizing digital and/or physical files; * Providing telephone and/or in-person customer service to clients, suppliers, employees, and others; * Receiving and sending emails and maintaining calendar controls; * Receiving and verifying invoices; * Monitoring the entry and exit of materials and/or equipment; * Recording data and information into spreadsheets and management systems; * Assisting in preparing reports and/or presentations; * Complying with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards; and * Performing other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Age: Between 16 years old and 21 years and 11 months; High school or technical education—currently enrolled or completed; Availability for a 4-hour daily work schedule (morning or afternoon shift) and participation in activities lasting up to 2 years; **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** * CLT employment registration at Raízen as an Apprentice, for a fixed term; * Theoretical training provided by our partner institution; * Salary commensurate with working hours—4 hours/day, Monday through Friday; * Health and Dental Plans; * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Gympass and Discount Club.
