Support for chefs and other team members We are looking for a proactive and organized **Kitchen Assistant** to join our team, assisting in all stages of food preparation and service while ensuring organization, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre-preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, grating). * Prepare meals according to instructions. * Assemble meals. * Maintain the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. * Set up and restock buffets and counters. * Monitor food inventory and assist in pantry organization. * Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food handling. * Support chefs and other team members.
