**Responsibilities:** ● Participate in brainstorming and creative development of new projects, aiming to identify the optimal strategy for brand promotion; ● Provide technical supervision and support to other team members, serving as a technical reference for them; ● Conduct technical evaluation of image capture and editing for internal productions, with the objective of improving and standardizing the quality of produced materials; ● Collaborate with the production and scriptwriting teams to break down scripts for medium- and large-scale projects; ● Assemble “master” videos for large-scale projects for preliminary approval; ● Support the scriptwriting team in providing technical descriptions of scenes; ● Attend pre-production technical site visits to define locations, sets, and other filming details; ● Review checklists jointly with the production team to align all project requirements and requests; ● Capture footage for medium- and large-scale projects according to the script; ● Photograph medium- and large-scale events; ● Perform technical breakdowns of medium- and large-scale projects to determine necessary equipment for filming; ● Execute cinematography direction for medium- and large-scale projects; ● Direct scenes for medium- and large-scale audiovisual projects; ● Edit videos using specialized software; ● Perform raw material (video and photo) logging and organization; ● Perform video and photo color grading and finalization; ● Organize files and projects on external hard drives, creating necessary backups to ensure proper file management; ● Operate audio equipment during audio recording/voice-over sessions; ● Maintain recording and lighting equipment in good working condition and schedule required maintenance; ● Carry out other related duties as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Education and Requirements:** ● Bachelor’s degree completed in Social Communication, Radio and Television, Audiovisual Studies, Cinema, Advertising and Public Relations, or Journalism; ● Proficiency in motion design and audiovisual content editing using Adobe After Effects. **Desirable:** ● Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition; ● Prior experience with DaVinci Resolve and other animation software (a plus); ● Intermediate-level English. **Work Location:** BRAZIL HEADQUARTERS – Jardim Paulista – São Paulo – SP **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday – 220 hours per month **Salary Range:** R$7,800.00 to R$8,000.00 (approximate value; subject to change) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$7,800.00 – R$8,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
