Flight operations * Monitor aircraft arrivals and departures * Support adherence to schedule (flight punctuality) * Coordinate information among teams (ramp, check-in, boarding) Aircraft communication * Assist in aircraft release for takeoff * Verify operational information (weight, balance, cargo) * Communicate with pilots and ground crew Ramp and ground operations * Monitor fueling, cleaning, and loading * Ensure all processes are conducted safely * Verify correct positioning of equipment and personnel Documentation and systems * Complete and verify flight documents * Update systems with operational information * Manage passenger, cargo, and schedule data Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
