Our portfolio is strong and our pipeline is innovative, focusing on biologics in Cardio-Metabolic, Respiratory, Oncology, and Rare Diseases. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the territory action plan, aligned with established Marketing strategies to achieve demand and sales targets, in accordance with company policies; * Set challenging personal goals to meet company objectives and expectations; * Identify business opportunities within the territory and act swiftly and effectively to bring them to the company; * Maintain alignment with the GD, Immunology team, and relevant Immunology units to foster synergistic teamwork; * Build ethical relationships with key physicians, medical societies, regional health management, and key customers through periodic visits; * Establish and maintain a physician database according to the company’s segmentation strategy, targeting high-potential physicians; * Organize and/or participate in medical events related to the role’s area of expertise—including promotional activities at booths, engagement with opinion leaders, and participation in technical lectures for professional development; * Collaborate across all AZ departments—within the Immunology Unit and other Business Units—to optimize company resources and results; * Focus on account management by understanding Immunology’s potential, identifying key stakeholders, and partnering across various AZ functions. **Essential Skills/Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher; * Experience in the Immunology market; * Willingness to travel; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); At AstraZeneca, we collaborate to drive transformative advances.
