Responsibilities and Duties: As a **Junior Apprentice** at **Grupo FIT**, you will be a vital part of our team, learning firsthand how daily operations function in a large-scale restaurant. Your journey will focus on development—supporting diverse departments while building the foundation of your professional career. **Learning and Supporting Operations** * **Support customer service**, learning how to greet, guide, and deliver a welcoming experience. * **Assist with and monitor** order entry into the system under supervision. * **Monitor and support** order entry into the system, learning to perform the process accurately and efficiently—always under supervision. * **Support dining room organization**: table setup, utensils, and service stations. * **Contribute to restocking and validity control** of dining room items. **Integration with Kitchen and Team** * **Support communication between dining room and kitchen**, learning about order deadlines, standards, and quality. * **Assist with dish pickup and delivery**, ensuring organization and efficiency. * **Observe and report** any operational adjustments needed to leadership. * Assist with **receiving, verifying, and organizing** inventory items, learning about stock control and item validity. **Professional Development** * **Participate in training sessions** and hands-on activities that contribute to your growth. * **Learn through observation and guidance**, about sales routines, goals, and performance metrics. * **Develop skills** in communication, organization, discipline, and teamwork. **Outcomes and Experience** * Work with **enthusiasm**, responsibility, and a focus on learning. * **Demonstrate initiative** and interest in exploring different operational areas. * Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment with a high standard of service.
