Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and results-oriented Engineering Assistant to oversee quality, schedule, and cost control for building construction projects, as well as physical-financial planning. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in high-standard building construction projects, emphasizing quality and results. 2. Support for physical-financial planning and control of materials and contracts. 3. Coordination with designers, architects, and clients to ensure technical alignment. **Description** We are looking for an **Engineering Assistant** **with an analytical, curious, and results-driven profile**. The position targets candidates in their **final year of undergraduate studies**, who have prior internship experience in high-standard residential or building construction projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor and ensure **quality, schedule, and cost control** for building construction projects; Support **physical\-financial planning**; Control **measurements, materials,** **contracts, and supply flow**. Prepare **progress reports and performance indicators**. Interact with **designers,** **architects, and clients**, aligning expectations and technical decisions. Conduct periodic **photographic progress reports** of the construction site; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (currently in final year) Experience: prior involvement in building construction projects Technical knowledge: Excel (mandatory), ability to read and interpret execution drawings (mandatory), MS Project (a plus), Power BI (a plus)
