A paper manufacturing and trading company seeks a Sales Manager in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Build a customer portfolio with emphasis on strategic synergy and assign managers according to specialization per channel. Develop channel-specific sales strategies and business plans covering pricing, investments, product mix, and shelf execution. Assess market potential by channel and region, analyze market share, and define strategies for maintenance or expansion. Train the team in sales analysis and co-creating business plans with customers. Plan and conduct training for direct and indirect teams. Promote and embody the organization’s culture and values. Supervise and coordinate six direct sales managers. Previous experience as Sales Coordinator, Sales Supervisor, Sales Director, or Sales Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
