Ensures all operations comply with quality standards and company-defined requirements, consistently pursuing optimal cost\-benefit ratios from origin to final destination. Focuses on meeting customer demands while promoting operational excellence, cost competitiveness, and security across all stages of the logistics chain. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * Planning and Coordination of Processes: Coordinate all stages of export and import processes, from planning through final cargo delivery. Ensure adherence to deadlines, traceability of operations, and communication among all involved parties. * Documentation Management (Export and Import): Issue, review, and control essential documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates, VGM, proforma invoice, tax invoices, among others. * Ensure consistency and alignment between physical and electronic documents. Support customs brokers in registering DU\-E, LI, DI, DUIMP, and special regimes where applicable. * International Freight Procurement and Negotiation: Request quotations and negotiate international freight (air, ocean, and road) with freight forwarders and carriers. Compare terms, transit times, additional costs (demurrage, detention, storage, container cleaning), and ensure adherence to Incoterms. Guarantee optimal cost\-benefit and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Logistics Monitoring: Monitor all cargo movements, including pickup, consolidation, container positioning, port berthing, unloading, and deliveries. Control free time, critical deadlines, releases, and appointments. Act preventively to avoid delays, additional charges, and non\-conformities. * Customs Clearance and Compliance: Monitor customs clearance both in Brazil and abroad, coordinating discussions with customs brokers, agents, and approving authorities. Ensure fiscal, legal, and documentary compliance throughout the entire export and import flow. Support operations under special regimes (Drawback, temporary admission, RECOF, bonded warehouses, triangular trade, etc.). * Integration with Systems and Internal Departments: Record and update information in corporate systems (SAP, OSGT, TMS). Integrate data flows with Tax, Finance, Sales, and Planning departments. Support foreign exchange reconciliations, international payments, and expense reconciliation. * Operational Communication and Relationship Management: Maintain direct contact with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and carriers. Ensure alignment, clarity, and agility in discussions, acting as the central point for logistics and customs information. * Metrics, Performance, and Controls: Monitor and manage export and import KPIs, such as lead time, logistics costs, SLA adherence to deadlines, punctuality, non\-conformities, and supplier performance. Prepare reports, presentations, and critical analyses of process risks and opportunities. * Continuous Improvement, Compliance, and Safety: Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation of tasks. Ensure adherence to internal policies, anti\-corruption policies, and ethical guidelines. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety \& Environment) requirements—particularly for special or hazardous cargo. * Support Tax and Finance teams in financial reporting, foreign exchange reconciliation, tax calculation, expense posting, and reconciliation of documents related to exports and imports. * Participate in preparing management reports, results presentations, KPI meetings, and failure analyses, fostering a critical view of process risks and opportunities. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, workflow reviews, task automation, template standardization, and application of best practices in logistics and operations. * Serve as guardian of compliance and integrity in export and import processes, ensuring all procurement activities, documentation, and decisions align with internal policies, anti\-corruption policies, and the company’s ethical guidelines. * Ensure all export stages are conducted with focus on operational safety, HSE (Health, Safety \& Environment), and risk prevention—especially for special, hazardous, or technically specific cargo. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration with emphasis on International Trade, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of Customs Legislation, Incoterms, AEO (Authorized Economic Operator), and systems including SAP, OSGT, SISCOMEX, and TMS (Desirable). * Intermediate English proficiency (Desirable). * Intermediate Spanish proficiency (Desirable). **All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
