Support in digital marketing and paid traffic campaigns **Position: Marketing Assistant** We are seeking an organized, creative, and results-focused Marketing Assistant to enhance our digital presence and boost sales. Main Responsibilities: * Management and updating of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.); * Creation of content, captions, and engagement monitoring; * Commercial customer service and support via WhatsApp; * Assistance in creating and monitoring paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads); * Product listing, updating, and management on Shopee and other marketplaces; * Monitoring of metrics, reporting, and campaign performance; * Support in promotional activities and digital marketing strategies; * Organization of posting and campaign calendars. Requirements: * Basic/intermediate knowledge of digital marketing; * Experience with social media and online customer service; * Familiarity with paid traffic; * Experience with Shopee and other marketplaces is a plus; * Strong written communication skills and creativity; * Organizational skills and proactivity. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools; * Knowledge of e-commerce and online sales; * Basic understanding of design and copywriting.
