Operations Supervisor

Coordinate access and operational authorizations for suppliers, technical teams, and production crews. Monitor loading and unloading operations, including escorting supplier vehicles. Supervise the movement and installation of equipment for events, brand activations, and promotional activities. Oversee operations to ensure preservation of the park’s infrastructure. Personally supervise setup, teardown, and provide operational support during show days. Organize the weekly operations schedule and the operational workflow of park activities. Prepare operational and management reports, including pre- and post\-event reports. Compile operational data, consolidate, and submit weekly attendance reports. Maintain and update the event database. Support operational communication by organizing information and preparing internal bulletins. **Requirements and qualifications** **Required:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in fields such as Administration, Event Management, Tourism, Logistics, Public Administration, Cultural Production, or related areas.
